Personal data – Management of requests relating to the site
ERIL, as data controller, processes personal data within the contact form.

The purpose of processing is to manage requests addressed to our company:
- Receiving remarks and reports sent to the editorial team and webmaster
- Managing follow-up to comments received

Data source
The data is transmitted directly by the site user who wishes to contact ERIL.
Legal basis
In the context of Article 6 RGPD, ERIL’s contact form provides for mandatory collection of the data requested in the legitimate interest of proper processing of the request.
Automated decision-making
The processing does not involve automated decision-making.
Persons concerned
The data processing concerns people who wish to send a remark or a report relating to the ERIL website.
Data recipients
The recipients of the data are :
- Internal ERIL staff authorized to receive requests made via the contact form.
Data transfers outside the EU
The transfer of data outside the European Union takes place within the framework of the hosting of this site, in Switzerland. This country has been recognized by the European Union as complying with its regulations.
Data retention period
Data is processed and stored for the time required to process the request.
Security
The site is secured by the following means: Let’s Encrypt PKCS #1 SHA-256 certificate with 4096-bit RSA encryption. Hosting on servers in Switzerland
Exercising your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to object to its processing, to have it corrected or deleted. You also have the right to limit the processing of your data.
